ADG-L series is the high density power output, programmable DC power supply adopting DSP structure and PWM technology. It provides stable output and accurate measurement. Nowadays, due to the technical breakthroughs and development, ADG-L series was made to be better. It makes the tests and measurements to be more realistic to the actual application and help the customer to build more advanced and innovation products.
New generation of ADG-L series expands the power range and more selections. It has three types of power output which is 5kW, 10kW, 15kW and totally 19 models. The specifications fulfill most of the loads’ requirements. Compared with the previous generation, the latest generation provides 3 times auto range function. It is capable to output higher current with lower voltage which is more flexible to the customers.
ADG-L series is well used in various industries such as solar energy, electric vehicles, li-ion battery, and the components such as breakers, contactors and fuses used in labs and certificate units. It is suitable for the EUT tests require high voltage or high current. Drastically Reduce the CP Transition Response Time and the Fall Time Without Load
Besides, new generation optimized the transition reaction speed in constant power (CP). When constant voltage (CV) mode switch to CP mode, it only takes 12ms which significantly improves the efficiency in programmable applications. Moreover, fast discharge design shorten the without load fall time less than 3 seconds which make its more accurate and more safe during operation.
High Density Power Output Design and Adjustable Voltage/Current Slew Rate Provide More Flexibility
New generation ADG-L series has higher density power output and less weight. Compared with the previous generation, increase 25% power output and the height only keep in 3 U (13.2cm), and the depth decrease 64mm. It provides 5kW / 10kW / 15kW power output, current range from 0 to 135A, voltage range from 0 to 1000V, and maximum power output up to 75kW (parallel connection with five 15kW units). This model adopts a 19-inch rack-mounted power supply design, which can be placed in a cabinet that is convenient for system integration and provide more flexible to the space.
Moreover, the voltage/current slew rate function is especially well used for the loads over charged that efficiently minimize the long-term age limits. To the battery manufacturers, according to each battery characteristics, easily optimize the battery charging and discharging mode. In the meantime, it could testify the reliability to the battery.
