Conventional inverters generate waveforms with high-frequency components, leading to electromagnetic interference, equipment errors, and power grid distortion. The AFV Series, however, delivers a clean sine wave output with total harmonic distortion as low as ≤1%, effectively eliminating the noise and inaccuracies that plague traditional setups.
At startup, fans can draw 3 to 7 times their normal current, creating sudden electrical surges that strain traditional power supplies. The AFV series'soft start function addresses this by gradually ramping up current using fixed or variable frequency modes. This minimizes inrush current and protects against overloads, all while meeting the startup test requirements of GB/T 1236-2014.

The AFV's touchscreen interface provides access to its Ramp Mode, allowing for precise voltage or frequency ramp simulation. This is essential for compliance testing with standards like GB 10178-2006, which requires continuous operation at 90% to 110% of rated voltage for 90 minutes. It also supports locked-rotor testing per GB/T 1032-2012 by simulating voltage drops at rated frequencies until the stator current hits target levels. Users can easily set upper and lower voltage limits and ramp duration, helping them pinpoint ideal test conditions with automated data capture and analysis.
